As a Senior Analyst Master Data Management, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Master Data Management team, reporting to the Director of Master Data Management, you will support projects including Customer 360 and Reference Data Management.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Manage and monitor the configuration of Hilton's best-in-class Master Data Management solutions.
• Provide detailed analysis of large and small data sets, identifying opportunities and discrepancies, and presenting this back to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Triage and resolve challenging requirements and issues, from initial analysis through to deployment.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Collaborate in 1 or more Agile scrum teams as an MDM subject matter expert, ensuring MDM-related tasks are completed and documented accordingly.
• Collaborate with our Marketing, Privacy and Loyalty teams, ensuring that MDM and governance practices are implemented in accordance with business requirements, and data stewards are adequately supported.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

• Customer 360 - you will be responsible for helping manage and improve our customer 360 solution, ensuring Hilton can protect customer privacy whilst ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
