You'll work directly with our experienced social team, contributing to real client campaigns and gaining invaluable insights into healthcare and pharma marketing.What You'll Do & Learn:This role offers a unique chance to learn the ins and outs of paid social in a supportive, real-world environment. You'll be instrumental in:
- Campaign Launch & Management:
- Helping to set up and launch paid social media campaigns from the ground up.
- Participating in the crucial QA process for ads, ensuring flawless execution across platforms.
- Assisting with budget and spend allocations, learning real-world media buying principles.
- Strategy & Optimization:
- Applying paid social best practices to optimize campaign performance for assigned accounts.
- Monitoring campaign results and contributing to informed recommendations for ongoing optimization, with guidance from team leads.
- Conducting competitive research analysis to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
- Industry Expertise & Compliance:
- Gaining a deep understanding of healthcare and pharma marketing regulations as they relate to social media.
- Collaborating with creative agencies to ensure all ads are fully compliant prior to launch.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation:
- Working seamlessly with internal SEM, SEO, Media, and Analytics teams.
- Being actively involved in the discovery and implementation of new tools and best practices in social media.
- Attending and actively participating in team meetings for cross-learning and professional development.
- You are a rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong passion for social media, digital advertising, and a genuine desire to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A collaborative spirit and eagerness to contribute to a fast-paced team.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to ask questions.
