Description

The CSG Business Risk Officer will report to the CSG Business Integration and Risk Director.  This role will be the primary colleague responsible for all risk activity within  Corporate, Specialty and Government Banking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Managers, SME’s and key partners (Segment Risk, Compliance, Legal, etc.) in support and execution of complex business risk programs supporting segment processes and risk/compliance strategies.
• Identify and provide input, monitoring, and escalation, as needed, on business strategies related to the risk environment.
• Identify additions, if needed, utilize and provide input on data input/output from reporting.
• Assist in Business Alignment Strategies, New Initiatives, etc. as it relates to standardization and risk execution

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banking knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to convey ideas verbally and/or in writing with a clear, concise and organized method appropriate for the intended audience
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
