Production Operator IV - 3rd Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Working safely and abiding by all safety rules, procedures, and programs.
• Line set-up, start-up and operation.
• Troubleshooting skills
• Work must be complete and accurate.
• Verifying the work of others
• Organizational skills and being prepared for line changes. Expectation is to have all necessary tools and equipment ready prior to changeover.
• Effective communication skills.
• Supporting and contributing to low scrap efforts and efficiency gains.
• Verifying all facets of the product: visual appearance, dimensions, raw material accuracy, correct labelling and packaging.
• Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized lockout/tagout (LOTO) training status.
• Help team members in all classifications and delegate work when applicable.
• Contribute to the training of new employees, and as new processes / opportunities arise.
• Must be able to read and understand specifications, and accurately complete documents related to our ISO, GMP and HACCP programs.
• Additional duties as required and assigned.
