At ProMach, our Accounting and Finance teams are known for their precision, strategic insight, and commitment to ethical, transparent practices. We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support our Corporate Accounting Manager and lead the monthly global compliance process.
In this role, you'll work closely with both domestic and international teams to ensure alignment with US GAAP and company policies. You’ll play a key part in streamlining the close process and advancing key initiatives that improve efficiency and compliance. We're looking for a strong individual contributor who is eager to make a lasting impact on ProMach’s financial operations and growth.
Are you passionate about this work?
- Partner with domestic and international entities to understand balance fluctuations, proper account usage and overall financial compliance.
- Support data collection needs between external audit team and the organization, establish timelines, and provide internal support to meet all requirements of the annual US GAAP audit.
- Facilitate group discussions, such as trainings, with regular interactions of ongoing support to all entities.
- Collaborate with the Technical Accounting team on the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and the impact to the financial statement presentation.
- Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly Company Financial Statements - Cash Flows, Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Prepare and assist in preparation of Interim and Year-End audit supporting schedules and disclosures.
- Drive process improvements, including (but not limited to) data collection, timelines, system data extractions, checklists, etc.
- Manage special projects and analyses on an ad-hoc basis, including developing and monitoring project plans.

If this sounds like you, we want to connect!
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; actively pursuing or committed to earning an MBA, MAcc, or CPA
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in public accounting or mid-to-large-sized companies, with a focus on US GAAP, technical accounting, revenue recognition, and lease accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial compliance standards
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze and manage complex data
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage task plans, and work independently
- Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to embrace change and shifting priorities
- Initiative-taking and enthusiastic, with a keen sense of ownership and accountability
