Responsibilities
Create software tools and subsystems using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, and Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.
Estimate software development costs and schedules accurately.
Review and refine existing programs to reduce operating time and improve techniques.
Define and modify specifications for software applications using engineering releases and utilities.
Handle program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and evaluate existing and new software products.
Continuously monitor the health and status of security tool suites.
Maintain, upgrade, refresh, and update systems to ensure full operational capacity.
Conduct analysis of alternatives and present findings to the Government for evaluation.
Prepare Configuration Plans and Software enhancement plans.
Define, design, and incorporate interfaces to retrieve data from various scanning tools.
Design, validate, and implement access controls as part of systems and service solutions.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Proficiency in Python and Java.
Familiarity with cloud platforms.
Knowledge of databases and data modeling.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Education and Experience
12+ years with a High school Diploma/GED.
10+ years with an Associate’s degree.
8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
6+ years with a Master’s degree.
4+ years with a Doctorate’s degree.
All experience and education must be in a technical field directly related to the labor category being proposed, and all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees must be from accredited institutions.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with GUI and/or web front-end interfaces.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
