Job Description
As an integral part of the project management team the PM is responsible for providing day-to-day tactical support in the management of all activities with internal teams, agency clients and external partners for the assigned business/product. The position ensures all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and own timeline, budgets and project scopes across multiple workstreams
- Manage resourcing allocations with resource management team
- Involve team at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization
- Lead and manage daily hot sheet reports, issues tracker, etc. (agency)
- Manage and maintain meeting notes (agency)
- Work with team to initiate new jobs within the agency
- Manage workflows
- Track and manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses in collaboration with Finance, Account Management and Production
- Review and asses weekly financial reports
- Participate in internal financial billing meetings
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and course correct independently and proactively
- Ensure quality control of all end product
- Contribute to the development and enforce efficient processes
- Bring new ideas and industry best practices recommendations for senior management’s consideration
- Master and effectively manage timely escalation processes
- Manage and mentor junior team of 1-3 Associate PMs (where applicable)
- Manage $2-5MM in business (with senior oversight)
- Must be client facing
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years Assoc. PM or PM experience in an integrated agency or relevant environment
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of various types of creative deliverables and the management of those
- Effective planning, organization, and time management skills and analysis/assessment capabilities
- Demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could impact deliverables
- Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and deliver quality results
- Demonstrate core Project Management skills in organization, facilitation, attention to detail, negotiation, great interpersonal skills, and communication in keeping team members up to date on status of projects, and scheduling meetings
- Participate in/lead cross-agency teams
- Understand both low and mid-level complexity project cycle process, and apply this when assisting SPMs with the management of concurrent work, ensuring review and approval of all team members on each round of review
- Uphold quality control standards, ensuring milestone sign off from cross-agency departments as well as general circulation of approval from team members during routing cycle
- Champion all company and departmental processes and initiatives, including advocating and executing them, as well as assisting in ongoing process improvement
- Embody professional, proactive, and collaborative behavior that mirrors the 360i values

- Exceptional organizational skills and good presentation skills

Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $121,500. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
