About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, resourceful, and organized People & Culture ("P&C") Coordinator to join the team in Lithia Springs, GA. This site-based role requires at least four (4) days onsite and plays a key role in driving Stitch Fix's growth by cultivating a thriving culture, engaging teams, and productive, profitable business.
As a P&C Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute on strategies that align with business goals, ensuring the right talent, structure, culture, and processes are in place for sustained success. Working closely with Recruiting, Growth and Development, Total Rewards, and Operations teams, you will report to the Business Partner Manager at the Lithia Springs, GA facility and be an integral member of our Business Partner Org.

- Facilitate Communication and Employee Engagement: oversee communication platforms across the facility to keep employees connected with Stitch Fix, our clients, and our Mission & Values. Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for the employee experience, driving engagement, fostering collaboration.
- Proficient Leave of Absence (LOA) and ADA Management: Leverage demonstrated expertise in managing the end-to-end Leave of Absence and Accommodation processes in partnership with our LOA team. This includes a strong understanding of legal regulations, documentation, communication strategies, and ensuring a seamless transition back to work for employees. Provide compassionate support to employees by navigating personal challenges by guiding them through available benefits using our benefits such as LOA and the Employee Assistance Program
- Safeguarding Employee Data and Confidentiality: Champion the protection of employee data by rigorously adhering to data security protocols and privacy regulations. Maintain strict compliance with internal policies to ensure sensitive information remains secure. Take responsibility for keeping employee records accurate, up-to-date, and handled with the utmost confidentiality.
- Streamlining Processes: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows across various departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute solutions that enhance productivity, reduce bottlenecks, and elevate overall operational performance in the P&C function.
- Seamless New Hire Orientation and I-9 Compliance: Collaborate closely with the operations leadership team to deliver an exceptional new hire orientation experience. Take ownership of the I-9 verification process, ensuring strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while providing a smooth and welcoming onboarding journey for new associates.
- Partnership and Support: Serve as the first point of contact for associates, building trust and fostering strong relationships. Actively listen to their needs, address concerns, and provide guidance on workplace matters. Partner with associates to connect them with the right resources, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to thrive in their roles. Provide leaders with data insights based on the information identified.
