Job Role: Health Care Business AnalystRemote - Contract
What you’ll be doing:Must have Business Analysis and process consulting skills (10+ years).Must have Healthcare industry experience (10+ years).Meeting with stakeholders to elicit requirements and document processes.Develop and document use cases used to inform solutions decisions.Participate in Product discovery efforts and conduct GAP analysis.Provide SCRUM team support within the SDLC to clear team blockers.Document product capabilities and serve as a product subject matter expert.Assess the severity, impact, and root cause of production defects.Develop product recommendations based on data analysis.Assist with development and execution of test plans.Keep team members informed of items that impact on their projects.
What you will need to be successfulStrong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills working within diverse and complex projects.Ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.Strong problem and issue resolution experience.Possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization.Highly motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.Demonstrated knowledge and experience reading, writing, and executing SQL scripts.Excellent data driven storytelling and documentation skills using clear and compelling visuals.IT Tools - JIRA, Confluence , Atlassian toolsDatabase Concepts - SQL DB, OracleGreat teams do amazing things, but truly diverse teams are the ones who can achieve extraordinary results, together.
