Description
At this time, a Junior Financial/Bookkeeping Analyst (Jr. Cessions Analyst) is needed to assist in the completion of the Monthly & Quarterly Financial Reports generated as well as assist in the daily functions & processes of the department.
*This position is a Remote Career Opportunity
*Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel Knowledge is a plus.
*Data Entry Experience is a plus.
*Analysis as it pertains to financial processes is a plus.
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Compensation: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour, depending on the relative experience, background, and education requirements that we are seeking. Exceptional Benefits!
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the completion of 1500+ monthly & quarterly financial reports which Sales Agents review with Car Dealers in order to ensure profit.
- Communicate and work very closely with a team of 7 on daily tasks in preparation for the completion of financial reports.
- Responsible for analyzing reporting for accuracy.
- Communicate directly with Sales Agents for any scheduling, reporting questions, and misc. requests.
- Reconciling and tracking of bank statements on a monthly basis.
- Fulfilling information requests from Accountants for anything needed to complete Tax Estimates.
- A fast-paced work environment with timing goals and deadlines.
- Some filing and collating.
Requirements
Education and Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Accounting experience is a plus.
- 2+ years of work experience in an office environment.
- Prior customer service and clerk experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- 65 WPM + Strong 10-Key.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Vision acuity is required to include close vision, color vision, distant vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to grasp objects such a telephone or computer mouse, finger dexterity to use a keyboard, calculator, and standard office equipment
- Ability to walk, stand, reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to frequently sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to hear and talk, both in person and by phone.
- Ability to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen
