Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div></div><p><strong>The work:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <div> <ul> <li>Lead multiple analytic projects and deliver insights for senior decision‑makers.</li> <li>Apply operations research and advanced analytic methods, including simulation, optimization, AI/ML, data mining, advanced statistics, regression, forecasting, decision analysis, performance metrics, risk assessment, geospatial analytics, scheduling, process improvement, and automation.</li> <li>Use Government-managed enterprise data platforms and repositories appropriately and effectively.</li> <li>Conduct analysis using COTS simulation tools, SAS, Palantir Foundry, Databricks, UiPath, Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform, open‑source coding tools, and similar software.</li> <li>Ensure high‑quality analytics outputs and visualizations.</li> <li>Serve in a client‑facing leadership role, overseeing a hybrid (remote and on‑site) analytics team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here is what you need:</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>US Citizenship required (no dual citizens)</li> <li>DoD Interim Secret clearance&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelors degree required</li> <li>Hands‑on experience delivering analytic projects using operations research methods and tools.</li> <li>Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, COTS analytic tools, and visualization software.</li> <li>Experience leading or coordinating teams and communicating with clients.</li> <li>Ability to commute to San Antonio, TX or be located within commuting distance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred experience:</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Active DoD Secret clearance h
