As a BAYADA Licensed Practical Nurse you will be prepared to succeed.  

• Client assessments
• Training and education of family members
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatment and therapy
• Communication with other members of the client’s multi-disciplinary team
• Supply management
• Emergency management

• Monitor clients' conditions  
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders  
• Perform client assessments   
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management   
• Travel to clients in your local area on a schedule that fits your needs

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:  

• A nursing license in good standing in HAWAII
• Current CPR
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma  
• Minimum 750 hours of clinical expereince as a LPN
• Nurse Residency opportunities avaliable for NEW nurses that meet specific criteria
