PCB Drill/Fabrication Operator Swing Shift

Description
Scope:
A Fab Operator will perform all the duties related to Printed Wiring Boards into distinct parts/arrays from a production panel, including the start-up, setup, operation, preventive maintenance, and produce a quality product.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously to fabricate low tolerance patterns (rout, milling, bevel)
- Independently perform complex and standard machine setups
- Load Fabrication programs
- Align production panels to tooling pins on the Fabrication machine
- Visually and mechanically inspect panels
- Make required adjustments
- Operate chamfer, V-scoring machine, and beveling machines
- Maintain a safe, neat and organized workplace
- Wear all mandatory PPE
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
- Manual dexterity / steady hand required
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Ability to use a scope, caliper, and micrometer
- Attention to detail
- Good vision required
- Good math skills
- Computer skills (basic)
- Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a must
- Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross-train
- Computerized numerical control experience helpful
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand and move around through the entire shift
- Able to lift 25 pounds without straining, and be able to stand throughout the shift
