You ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and auditability of ESG information while supporting the implementation of new reporting and disclosure practices. This position serves as a key contact for Sustainable Procurement ESG performance inquiries and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve ESG reporting processes, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations. </p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities &amp; accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the preparation of annual ESG reports and responses to ESG information requests for Sustainable Procurement (e.g., CSA, CDP, EcoVadis).</li> <li>Oversee data collection process ensuring that data is timely and accurate. Continuously improve the ESG reporting internal control environment to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely ESG information as well as auditable and efficient reporting processes (e.g., CSRD, LKSG, CSDDD).</li> <li>Lead identified gap closure initiatives to achieve full ESG reporting compliance for Sustainable Procurement.</li> <li>Be the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding annual ESG performance data and information. Effectively support relevant functions with ESG performance information for Sustainable Procurement.</li> <li>Identify, advise on, and implement new ESG reporting and disclosure practices, based on a deep understanding of requirements from regulators, investors/lenders, and sustainability actors.</li> </ul> <h2><b>This is who you are</b></h2> <p>To be successful in this role you must recognize yourself in the following profile: </p> <p> </p> <p>You have excellent project management skills and are able to manage multiple and complex projects on internal and external reporting ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. And are a strategic thinker which makes you able to identify, advise on, and implement new ESG reporting and disclosure practices, based on good practices and a deep understanding of requirements.
