Lease Accounting Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Creating purchase orders for lease settlements

• Monthly/quarterly/annual accounting analysis

• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports and summaries

• Collaborating with internal departments and external contractors to ensure effective task completion

• Preparing an audit of previous year's expenses to verify compliance with lease security provisions

• Informing the landlord of discrepancies and recovering overpaid bills

• Responsible for calculating and processing rent percentages

• Supervising assigned tasks and ensuring their timely completion

Requirements

• Very good English (minimum B2)

• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)

• Higher education (preferably in finance/real estate management)

• Experience in accounting/finance would be an advantage

• Teamwork skills
