The Admissions Manager will be pivotal in managing the admissions process for our online master’s programs, with a strong focus on driving enrollment growth and achieving ambitious targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, engaging prospective students, and effectively communicating the benefits of our programs. Your role will involve overseeing the comprehensive review of applications, collaborating with other online program teams, and ensuring transparent policies align with program goals, all while maximizing conversion rates and enhancing the student experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Admissions & Enrollment

  • Oversee the timely review process of applications, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation of candidates based on academic qualifications and alignment with program goals.

  • Maintain transparent admissions policies and procedures, including eligibility criteria, application deadlines, and application requirements. Regularly update these policies to align with evolving program needs and university standards.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate admissions counselor staff to meet or exceed enrollment targets.

  • Leverage expertise in admissions to actively engage in recruitment webinars, coffee chats, and other events as required. The admissions manager will need to be able to actively participate in on-camera events.
