Team Introduction
Our mission is to provide the best in class TMS (Transportation Management System) to support the rapid growth of TikTok Ecommerce Fulfillment business. We provide end-to-end product solutions to improve the line haul transportation operation efficiency and lower overall transportation costs.

1. Responsible for product design and planning of the Middle Mile Transportation Management System (TMS);
2. Perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of transportation planning and execution systems, develop and enhance the core logistic and supply chain systems to support the domestic and cross border e-commerce business.
3. Cooperate with the e-commerce product and operation, logistic operation, data, algorithm and other related teams to design, implement and Go-To-Market activities for the middle mile TMS system.
4. Continue to drive product upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the TikTok e-commerce business. Contribute to the accumulation of our core system capabilities to better serve other markets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of system product planning
2. Have a good understanding of transportation management, e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, cross border logistics, domestic logistics and other related industries.
3. Has in-depth understanding of at least one module of the TMS system - Transportation Planning, Transportation Execution, Transportation Rating Engine, Transportation Settlement etc.
4. Proficiency in good data sense, familiar with product prototype design using Xmind/Axure/figma etc, able to produce PRD and work directly with the engineering team.
5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills.
6. Has the ability to think outside the box and is able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in large e-commerce companies or logistics companies.
2. Functional design experience in the Transportation Management System (TMS) cross region and cross culture work experience.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199000 - $393000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
