We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to join our Los Angeles-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of advertising processes, campaign execution, and client coordination. You’ll support the planning and delivery of advertising projects across print, digital, and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor advertising campaigns from concept to completion.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
Assist in budget tracking, scheduling, and campaign reporting.
Review and proof advertising content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support campaign strategies.
Maintain project timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts.
Prepare and organize campaign documentation and client updates.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or project coordination role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and in teams.
