Program and Project Management Specialist

Key Role:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for management and stakeholders. Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies, goals, and objectives. Conduct research to identify best practices, trends, and benchmarks relevant to program initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, processes, and results. Identify areas for improvement and assist in developing solutions to enhance program performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in program analysis or project management
• Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and with data analysis tools, such as SQL or Tableau
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Ability to present findings clearly and effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a business or data analytics field

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with program evaluation or performance measurement
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Experience with federal and state regulations or industry standards relevant to the program area
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
