Ops Intel Sr. Analyst

We are searching for a Ops Intel Sr. Analyst to be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a success measurement dashboard system. This includes working with data architects to design and produce dynamic insight dashboards, building tools to support catastrophe mobilization and creating accurate forecast models using multiple data sources.  In this role you will need to be a hands-on self-starter in a very dynamic environment with the ability to extract key operational insights from performance data and identify best practices in both franchise support and franchise operations. 

What you will do :

• Design, develop and maintain a suite of dashboards and reports to standardize the measurement of success across multiple functional units to deliver actionable insights. 
• Perform trend, correlation, and regression analysis on large datasets to identify the influence of key drivers and the effectiveness of business initiatives.  
• Conduct data profiling and exploratory analysis to identify the critical factors driving success in both franchise operations and support. 
• Create reports, presentations, graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
• Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize activities. 
• Develop modeling techniques to improve forecasting projections and measuring the impact of e.g. weather events, natural disasters, and social unrest. 
• Manage the collection and transformation of both structured and unstructured data from disparate sources and build tools and frameworks to automate data collection

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Master's Degree in business administration or business analytics preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant insight building experience.
• Proficiency with MS Power BI
• Familiarity with other business intelligence tools (e.g, QuickSite)
• Experience using statistical computer languages (VBA, R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
• Analytical and critical thinker with the ability to find solutions to abstract business issues and apply objective analysis of facts to conclusions
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks 
• Familiarity and hands on experience with Predictive Modelling, to develop models to drive optimization and business strategies 
• Ability to travel domestically (5-10% travel).

Compensation Details: 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At ServiceMaster, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,000 to $120,000 plus bonus.
