We are now searching for an Experienced Express Lube Advisor to join our dynamic team at Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills! Helping satisfied customers drive away with a smile on their face is what we do - come join a team focused on earning customers for life!

Responsibilities:
The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience REQUIRED
• Great communication skills - communicates effectively with others
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
• Focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Team player
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
