The Job:
Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager (Sr HRM) to support multi-site manufacturing operations in Brea, CA. This position supports the business by providing direction on people strategies, organization development, and other strategic initiatives. The Sr HRM will serve as a trusted advisor for the site. The main objectives of this high-impact role are focused on supporting the key HR strategies to attract, engage, develop, reward, and retain a diverse, highly qualified, and culturally aligned employee base. As a Senior Human Resource Manager, you will work on site in Brea, CA. You’ll get to:
- Provide a full range of day-to-day HR support to the local team including staffing, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, benefits, compensation, and training & development.
- Collaborates with leadership to develop and execute HR programs focused on accomplishing targeted HR objectives. Consults with key leaders and stakeholders to obtain their input on the organization's HR needs and drive the strategy to attain those goals.
- Identified opportunities for continuous improvement in internal processes and makes constructive suggestions for change. Develop appropriate plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Implement and monitor adherence to all organization-specific Human Resource related policies, procedures and practices, act as a liaison to staff regarding policies.
- Coaches people managers on how to effectively address internal employee relations issues.
- Drive employee engagement through effective communication, employee events and activities.
- Works cohesively with all functional organizations (at all levels) to deliver expected results consistently.
- Promote strong relationships between the Company and the Community to develop good corporate citizenship.
- Provide ongoing support for departmental reporting needs, including data analysis around key HR metrics and recommendations.

- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business or Human Resources) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing required; Aerospace preferred
- Workday required; Kronos strong preferred
- High level of confidentiality required
- Spanish proficiency is preferred
- Results driven with an emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments
- Ability to demonstrate the highest level of personal ethical conduct
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Capable of influencing plant/business leaders to drive HR initiatives
- Well-versed in talent development, recruitment, and people strategies
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience with a proven track record of building strong relationships vertically and horizontally within an organization
- Must possess strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and complete projects
- Professional, self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with timekeeping systems (preferably Kronos), and general payroll knowledge
