About the Role

The Pay to Patient (P2P) Coordinator reporting to the P2P Supervisor, involves a diverse array of responsibilities, centralizing around big-data Excel reporting, payment posting, reconciliation against client-provided documentation, and additional ad-hoc reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Pay-to-Patient team to efficiently manage and prioritize pay-to-patient payments through dedicated software.
• Maintain and interpret comprehensive Excel reports crucial for operational insights.
• Regularly update the master spreadsheet with claims and incoming payments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize analytical skills to decipher data and make informed decisions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Ability to comprehend and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) effectively.
• Proficiency or familiarity with Collaborate MD or Availity software.
• Experience with collections A/R
• Communicating with insurance companies to status claims.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills and adaptability in a team-oriented setting.
• Ability to manage a steady and high-volume workload with efficiency.
• High level of energy, integrity, and commitment to the role and team objectives.
