Position: Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer
Location: 4118 N Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60641
Pay: $18 – $22.50/hr + Overtime + Monthly Incentive Plan
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST (Weekends Off!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for customers—welcoming them with a smile and guiding them through their service journey.
• Communicate clearly and honestly about vehicle needs, timelines, and costs.
• Collaborate with our expert technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs.
• Keep the front office running smoothly with scheduling, invoicing, and follow-ups.

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong communication and sales skills—you know how to connect with people and build trust.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A team player who respects technicians and values collaboration.
• A commitment to honesty, transparency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
