Position Responsibilities:

• Work in a team environment on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects. 
• Meet with business leaders, decision makers and end users to define business requirements and systems goals. 
• SuiteScript development (SuiteScript 2.0) for new customizations as well as updates and modifications to existing scripts.
• Analysis of business processes to recommend scripted optimizations/improvements.
• End to end management of customizations, solution architecture, development, testing and deployment.
• Troubleshooting scripts, integrations, and workflows.
• Creation of detailed user and technical documentation for new and existing customizations.
• Perform complex business and systems analysis work, root cause analysis and provide forward thinking, long term technical solutions; conduct requirements gathering/analysis.
• Apply current knowledge of IT trends and systems processes to identify security and risk management issues and other opportunities for overall process improvement.
• Architect solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components.
• Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration. 
• Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.

Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience in NetSuite development and administration.
• BS degree in Computer Science / Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• NetSuite SuiteScript 2.0 development experience.
• Ability to understand and modify old scripts and workflows, as well as develop new customizations and workflows.
• Strong experience in NetSuite Suite Bundler, NetSuite Suite Flow Customization, building new custom objects.
• End to end functional, process, and technical knowledge of NetSuite including hands-on implementation, integration, customization, and support experience.
• Understanding of Java script, structured query language (PL/SQL), relational database design, and stored procedure development with Oracle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals across the organization.
• Ability to work at both the abstract solution design level and the detailed implementation level.
• Ability to innovative, open to new ideas with the skillset to implement and deliver.
