Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target demographics.
• Assist in creating compelling marketing materials to promote events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and innovative opportunities in event marketing.
• Support pre-event and post-event marketing activities, including attendee registration, communications, and follow-up.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining event databases and contact lists.
• Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project collaborations to contribute ideas and insights to enhance event marketing strategies.
   

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in event marketing, promotions, or related fields is preferred but not required.
