Job Summary
The Production Lead plays a critical role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production operations at Pressed Juicery. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and supporting a positive work environment. The Production Lead ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, while also leading, training, and supporting production staff.

Key Responsibilities include
• Enforce and follow all GMP, Safety, and Food Safety standards as required by Pressed Juicery and regulatory agencies
• Review production schedules at the beginning of each shift and assign duties accordingly
• Communicate effectively with the incoming and outgoing shifts to ensure a smooth transition
• Monitor employee breaks and lunches to ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Verify that all required paperwork is completed accurately and submitted daily
• Train new team members and ensure ongoing training is conducted regularly
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including the proper sanitization and storage of equipment
• Foster and support a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (food production preferred)
• Able to work in cold environments
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail; basic math skills
• Effective communication skills; able to motivate and direct a team
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently
• Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
