Location: Arlington Heights, IL

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) 

Salary: $120,000-$140,000

Clearbrook, a leading non-profit social services agency, is seeking a skilled and strategic leader to join our senior team as the Vice President of Development & Marketing. In this critical role, you will be the primary advocate for our mission, championing the needs of the individuals we serve to the wider community. You'll go beyond just overseeing fundraising; you'll mentor a team of development and marketing professionals and make a tangible difference in the quality of life for the thousands of individuals we serve.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of fundraising experience, preferably in a non-profit environment (e.g., event planning, communications/marketing, development).
• Proven, successful experience in a supervisory role with the ability to motivate a team.
• Demonstrable experience in development, public relations, marketing, and volunteer management.
• Excellent social, verbal, and writing skills.
• A strong, focused orientation on goal attainment and the ability to multi-task.

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Business.
• Experience with donor database management and/or CRM systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
