We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned, in-house physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize the lifespan and healthspan of all our members through meticulous screening and tailored interventions to prevent, reverse, or manage all major chronic diseases.

Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals. people to join our team. Specifically, you will:

  • Provide nutrition therapy assessment, planning, implementation, education and evaluation
  • Hold in-person and virtual nutritional sessions
  • Document notes and plans within the EHR
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians and providers as one integrated care team in service to the patient
  • Participate in care team meetings
  • Develop and provide nutritional seminars for colleagues and patients
  • Support continuous learning and development of self, team, patient and Atria’s care model
  • Specialty areas of interest include: clinical nutrition, family nutrition, performance nutrition

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
  • Registered Dietitian license; HWC certification a bonus
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with clients, patients and clinical team members
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with EMR software and computer-based menu systems
  • Open to feedback with a desire to continuously learn and grow
