We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p><strong>Workplace: </strong>On-site, 4 days per week, Friday REMOTE<br><strong>Location: </strong>Long Beach, CA</p> <p>The Senior Electrical Integration Engineer will be responsible for the vehicle integration and industrialization of the Low-Voltage Battery and Wireless Keyfobs for Vehicle Access. This role is critical in transitioning these components from the design phase into high-volume manufacturing, ensuring that suppliers' production processes are capable, scalable, and meet our stringent quality standards.<br>You will act as the technical link between Product Development (PD), Software, Systems Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Suppliers to ensure that engineering First Principles are applied and launch timelines are met without compromise. You will conceptualize, design, engineer, develop, and support the launch of next-generation low-voltage systems for electric vehicles.</p> <p><br><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • Industrialization: Lead the transition of components from design through high-volume manufacturing, ensuring robust and scalable production processes including end-of-line diagnostics, VIN programming, and commissioning routines.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • Lead Integration: Own the design and functional validation of the low-voltage battery and keyfobs, driving integration and testing across bench, labcar, and vehicle environments.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • Cross-Functional Development: Develop components in collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Controls, Security, Software, Purchasing and Manufacturing—to achieve objectives within budget and program timelines.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the single point of contact for electrical integration issues across assigned components, providing rapid response and expertise to resolve critical concerns impacting vehicle development.
