Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.) Open to Remote.
Travel : 20%
Pay: 92,000- 149,500
What you will do
Kenvue is recruiting for a business supporting the Integrated Media team in the Connected Commerce organization. Preferred Location for this role is Summit, New Jersey but additional locations and remote work will be considered.
The Associate Manager, Amazon Category Lead is responsible for translating brand and/or customer strategy into a dedicated, cohesive media strategy, monitoring and optimizing performance, and defining the investment strategy to achieve business objectives anchored in POS sales and share performance on Amazon. This role is intended to create joint value across brand and retail media at Kenvue to maximize the power of retail media. This role will showcase the ability to strategically evaluate media opportunities, execute with excellence, optimize in real time, and report learnings while ensuring we are partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to drive synchronized plans across sales, media, and brand. This role will hone skills in building strong team dynamics, pulling insights from large amounts of data, managing budgets, planning and executing media activations, dealing with ambiguity, and driving to results. Other primary responsibilities include:
• Drive connection to the business and foster strategic relationships with brand growth, brand media teams, merchandising teams, customer teams, agency partners, and Amazon ads aligning on key events and retailer priorities – with primary day to day contact for media and agency partners
• Responsible for ensuring on time and complete delivery of all activities from planning, activation & analytics support team
• Responsible for budget oversight including a) tracking spend vs total commitments & individual programs and b) identifying and communicating budget sufficiency/insufficiency
• Responsible for vetting new media capabilities and elevating feedback to integrated media team, agency partiers, and customer/shopper teams.
• Responsible for ensuring transparency of planning, performance, and other data to broader org
