YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS 

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. 

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE 

• Member Engagement Specialist will enhance the member experience from initial interest to full member engagement.
• Create and implement a customized new member onboarding experience utilizing diverse content and resources.
• Train all staff with the assistance of the department head in relation to the tasks associated with the member onboarding process to ensure a structured protocol across all departments.
• Contact all new members, within a timely manner, to welcome them to the club and schedule their new member fitness consultation, InBody scan, and/or meeting to discuss their health & fitness plan with you or one  of the department heads.
• Maintain Club OS with respect to new member follow up plan to engage members and build retention.
• Develop a tracking system of new members through Club OS and dataTrak to reengage  “lost sheep” building on member retention.
• Assist in club promotion and social event development with General Manager to  create member engagement.
• Work with General Manager and Marketing on best practices to create  “individual”  touch points for member engagement.
• Ensure all welcome desk staff have been trained, in collaboration with the Welcome Desk Manager, on policies and procedures in assisting the departments.
• Meet with General Manager to discuss current clients, revenue goals, weekly updates, and programming needs to offer membership base what is needed to be successful in reaching their health & fitness goals.
• Promote the company’s safety goals and actively work towards ensuring a safe working environment.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Attend special events and activities to promote member engagement.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED 

•  At least one years’ experience in personal training, group exercise, sales, and/or member engagement. 

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING 

• Sales and Marketing Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services. This includes strategies, tactics, and sales techniques

• Technology/Equipment Ability to develop and maintain computer records in Word, Excel and other software required by be FITNESS and regulatory agencies. Ability to develop tracking and report forms in Word and Excel as needed

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT 

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
