How you will make an impact:

Parkshore is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the integrity and functionality of the community's Physical Plant and Grounds while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role involves collaborating with the Director of Environmental Services to set annual goals and oversee the timely reporting of maintenance issues, prioritizing resident safety, and facilitating efficient apartment turnarounds. Additionally, the Supervisor will manage scheduled maintenance, plan for future equipment upkeep, and aim to foster a proactive maintenance culture that enhances community satisfaction and operational excellence.

Schedule:

• Primarily day shifts
• Rotating on-call

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of experience in building maintenance or handyman experience is required
