Azure Technical Lead – (Agile & Integration Focus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Application Tech Lead with deep experience in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem to lead the technical delivery of an enterprise-grade application in an Agile environment. This role will have end-to-end responsibility for the application’s architecture, development oversight, and all integration requirements, working closely with internal and external integration teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Drive solution design and development using Azure services and .NET technologies.
• Lead by example in coding, code reviews, and enforcing best practices.
• Ensure architecture compliance, performance optimization, and technical excellence.

Agile Delivery

• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master for sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement.
• Decompose business requirements into technical stories/tasks for the team.
• Lead daily stand-ups and technical ceremonies as needed.

Integration Ownership

• Define, own, and manage all application integration aspects including REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and other Azure Integration Services.
• Act as the single point of contact for integration needs—liaising with platform or partner teams.
• Document and validate API contracts, data models, event schemas, and integration patterns.

Requirement & Interface Management

• Translate application-specific functionality into well-defined integration requirements
