This is a Permanent Exempt (PEX) (Category 18) position.  This position is excluded by the Charter from the competitive civil service examination process and incumbents are “at will” and shall serve at the discretion of the Appointing Officer. The duration of the appointment is 36 months.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Airfield Program Manager, the 5504 Project Manager II will assist in overseeing and managing all phases of the projects, from programming and design through construction and closeout. The position is responsible for maintaining schedule and budget control, communicating Airport requirements to project teams, coordinating Airport stakeholder involvement, and reporting project status and issues to Airport Management.
