Job Summary

Responsible for new business client development nationwide within our Specialized Industries - Healthcare team. This includes all aspects of Seniors Housing & Care, Mental Health, Drug & Rehab, Hospitals, AmSurg, Specialty Physicians and other services supporting healthcare providers.

Pay Range: $165,621 - $223,588 - $281,556Pay Range: Local Minimum Wage - $0.00 - $0.00

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop close relationships with clients and cross sell the various bank capabilities

  • Develops prospects from current commercial clients, referral leads, and other sources

  • Responsible for the efficient and team-oriented service of clients including timely processing of operations such as opening of new accounts and funding of loans

  • Manage and lead ongoing portfolio/asset management for all assigned credits to ensure compliance in all areas, including but not limited to, financial reporting, covenant compliance, timely payments, constant communication with the client and within the bank

  • Asset management in conjunction with the portfolio management team and credit partners

  • Provides leadership, training, and support to private client group. Evaluates needs of potential clients and businesses and offers appropriate financial products and services

  • Responsible for group’s adherence to all bank policies and procedures; maintain compliance with established internal policies, and all applicable laws and regulations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required

  • 10+ years of experience, required

  • Experienced at networking and prospecting new clients and establishing relationships

  • Handles transactions/relationships with the highest level of complexity

  • Experience working with less experienced team members to mentor and develop them, sharing expertise and insights

  • Demonstrated ability to review, analyze, and comment on financial statements

  • Proficient use of Microsoft office products, including Word and Excel

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work with a team and independently

  • Strong negotiation skills
