The Role
You will be a member of one of the fastest-growing business units at Veeva and will be accountable for operational and excellence support for the global Strategy team. The position requires an understanding of technology applications as it relates to the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for activities to support the performance of the wider Strategy in identifying and executing key commercial deals in partnership with sales and products. This will be mostly an internal-facing role where you will maintain systems, data, and templates as well as execute pricing requests and lead other multi-disciplinary ad hoc projects.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources and teams to generate reports and tools in support of strategic objectives (e.g. battle cards, templates, etc.)
• Drive excellence on the team’s activity by identifying process improvements across our entire market entry and account management cycles
• Work with the team to understand reporting and archiving needs and set up a structured approach to be followed globally
• Provide ad-hoc key analyses in collaboration with other departments to determine key differentiators for the business (e.g. usage, value realization, etc.)
• Support, maintain, and centrally manage pricing activities

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in professional services/consulting with a focus on either pharmaceutical commercial or data sectors
• Demonstrated ability of turning data into actionable insights
• Accustomed to ambiguity and answering complex business decisions with a degree of autonomy
• Good communicator to stakeholders across all levels
• Able to understand complex problems and present them in a clear and simple manner
• Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and presentation skills
• Proactive and intellectually curious about process improvement to increase business outcomes
