Customer Service Specialist – Healthcare Services

📍 Location: Plattsburgh, NY (onsite 5 days per week NOT remote)

🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30 PM

💵 Pay Rate: $16/hr (paid weekly) + benefits

📅 Duration: 4-month contract-to-hire (long-term growth opportunity)

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers
• Process orders, verify documentation, and schedule equipment deliveries
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and insurance coverage
• Review and enter information into EMR systems accurately
• Obtain pre-authorizations and verify insurance eligibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
