The Field Quality Parts Associate will oversee the warranty parts return and inventory process, shipping and receiving, purchasing of new inventory, special tools delegation, and final disposition of warranty return parts. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. 

 

You Will: 

· Communicates, monitors, and enforces effective warehouse operation processes. 

· Maintains an accurate and effective parts return inventory control system. 

· Review warranty claim data against physical warranty part inventory. 

· Manage incoming and outgoing shipments with multiple shipping carriers. 

· Order new part inventory and special-order components. 

· Maintain consumable inventory. 

· Handle other projects or assignments as needed. 

· Proactively communicate and collaborate with team members and cross functional departments. 

· May be required to work occasional evenings, and weekends. 

· Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry. 

 

You Bring:

· High School Diploma or GED is required. 

· Previous experience in a parts department, warehouse, or logistics environment 

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills 

· High level attention to detail and accuracy 

· Ability to multitask while maintaining high level of accuracy. 

· Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports. 

· Ability to effectively work both individually and within a group in a high-paced environment. 

· Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary software. 

· Must possess a valid driver license. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

· AA/BS in either Automotive Technology or Business Management, or equivalent work experience. 

· Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains. 

· Start-up experience and related fast-paced environments. 

· Previous OEM parts training or technician training. 

· Forklift license. 

· Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.<
