Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are actively seeking a qualified Accounting Specialist to help grow our accounting team.

Here are some examples of the actual work your day may include:

• Analyzing customer account balances
• Reporting on daily deposits
• Invoicing customers/sending warranty information
• Processing payments via check or ACH
• Answer customer phone calls
• Bank deposits

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, preferred
• Service Titan experience, preferred
• Sage Intacct experience, preferred
• Ability and willingness to keep & maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
• Enthusiastic, hard-working, team player
