Position Summary

As the Product Manager you will support the development of Supplemental Benefits at CVS Health. You will drive optimization of existing programs, proactively identify potential strategies, develop new initiatives, collaborate on long-term Product roadmap, and enhance our ability to impact quality measures. You will be focused delivering strategic programs, improved client performance on quality measures, and avoided medical costs.

In this role you will:

• Drive product growth through building tailored client, member, and provider engagement strategies
• Identify areas for improvement, then design, launch, and scale innovative offerings
• Collaborate cross-functionally to demonstrate subject matter expertise, understand client needs and analyze competitive intelligence
• You will work closely within the department and partner with internal and external teams to develop a multi-channel offering. In this role you will be a key influencer in creating and innovating highly visible programs for the Supplemental Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage insights and data to ensure that OTCHS leads the market in supplemental benefits for our clients and key partners
• Support business opportunities and communicate with team on ideas for improvement of operational processes, project management and analytics
• Close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and partners
• Superior financial acumen
• Prepare high quality materials to support presentations to senior leadership and other internal groups

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams, internally and/or with suppliers
• Demonstrated influencer with impact driving mindset, in a fast-paced matrix organization
• May be asked to travel at least 10-15%

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate healthcare experience: payor, provider, retail category leadership, consumer packaged goods or other relevant other experience
• Experience managing financials
• Product strategy and implementation
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both colleagues and suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• MBA

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
