About the role:

Samsara’s Sales Programs team enables a high-performance sales team by leveraging technology, automation, and best-in-class methodologies to streamline operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and maximize sales efficiency & effectiveness.

The Senior Program Manager will lead and drive key sales programs that support the operating rhythm and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) motion. This high-impact role will be instrumental in prioritizing, implementing, and operationalizing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that improve planning, execution, and change management across the Sales organization. The ideal candidate has strong analytical business acumen, a passion for optimizing processes, and a track record of driving strategic programs in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for candidates who will champion, role model and embed Samsara’s operating principles as we scale globally and across new offices.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

In this role, you will: 

  • Program Execution & Operational Cadence: Lead and manage high-impact programs that support core operational rhythms such as quarterly and annual planning, performance reviews, and key organizational processes
  • Business Reviews & Strategic Events: Drive end-to-end coordination for strategic meetings and events—aligning stakeholders, preparing content, and ensuring execution excellence.
  • Planning Calendar & Milestone Management: Develop and manage planning cadences, program roadmaps, and key deliverable timelines to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Enablement, and other teams to ensure clear communication, ownership, and alignment.
