The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will lead a regulatory affairs team supporting the Negative Pressure Wound Technology portfolio – a functional area that is a strategic growth driver for Solventum and has corporate-wide impact. This role will support teams in early and late-stage product development to advance the product through critical milestones and regulatory activities that lead to product approvals, globally. In addition, this role will support on-going product compliance throughout the device’s lifecycle. You will actively build strong relationships across stakeholders, management, and with contract organizations. You will be responsible for developing a team that has the appropriate capacity and competence to support the strategic plans of the business

Managing a market leading portfolio of Negative Pressure Wound Technology products, which encompasses hardgood electromechanical devices with embedded software and disposable wound care dressings and associated devices and accessories.
Developing and executing regulatory strategies to achieve product market authorizations faster than competitors and with differentiated indications and claims.
Managing complex decision making among stakeholders and senior leaders in an area of regulatory that is complex and evolving.
Advising and guiding the regulatory strategy development, Health Authority interactions, and submission activities.
Articulating complex global market authorization requirements to senior and executive leaders.
Participating in global business and functional strategic leadership meetings and forums representing regulatory affairs perspective.
Mentoring and guiding regulatory staff and teams working across all product modalities.
Reviewing of global regulatory assessments of the RA staff to ensure assessments are accurate and meet global country requirements for analysis.
Contributing to the establishing the MedSurg Regulatory Affairs goals and objectives.
Supporting new venture initiatives and acquisitions/ integrations.
Supporting and acting as the face of the organization for ISO 13485, Medical Device Single Audit Program and Technical Surveillance audits.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10 years of Regulatory Affairs and/or Medical Device experience in a private, public, government or military environment

High School Diploma/GED AND 14 years of Regulatory Affairs and/or Medical Device experience in a private, public, government or
