Job Summary:

The Vice President of Operations drives customer-centricity and profitability by leading business operations and supply chain transformation. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations and operations team leadership
• Hire, train, and manage high-performing operational leadership teams
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with internal controls
• Develop and implement strategic operations plans and logistical processes
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive growth

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain or operations management experience - Prior experience in the electrical industry (preferred)
• Master's degree in supply chain or logistics management (preferred)
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills
• Ability to build and scale teams and systems
• Strong problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in recent technological applications
• Detail-oriented and self-organized with the ability to work under pressure

Physical Demand and Work Hours:

• This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with some overnight travel stay
• Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and performing deskwork.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
• Occasional standing, walking, and reaching during meetings and other work-related activities.
• Vision abilities required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus for reviewing documents
