Will you be a part of the team?</p></div><h1><strong>About the role</strong></h1> <p>As a Director on the Strategic Finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping Flex’s business and financial strategy. You will operate as a senior partner to leadership, owning high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and driving decision-making across the organization. You will lead efforts to improve predictability, maximize ROI, and translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that influence company direction. This role requires strong business judgment, deep financial expertise, a strong bias for action and the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.</p> <p>This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.</p> <h1><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Own and drive key company-level financial and strategic initiatives, partnering with senior leadership to inform direction on growth, profitability, and capital allocation</li> <li>Lead cross-functional strategic planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment between business strategy, financial targets, and execution</li> <li>Act as a thought partner to executives, influencing decisions on pricing, partnerships, product strategy, and go-to-market investments</li> <li>Build and evolve Flex’s financial and operating models, ensuring they reflect business complexity and support forward-looking decision-making</li> <li>Identify and execute on high-impact opportunities by synthesizing data, market insights, and internal performance trends</li> <li>Set the standard for analytical rigor and business insight across the Strategic Finance function</li> <li>Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and board-level audiences</li> </ul> <h1><strong>Key qualifications</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Financial modeling wizardry and exceptional attention to detail ar
