Maintenance Supervisor for Whitebirch Village

Breezy Point Resort is currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Whitebirch Village.   We are looking for people who are passionate about building lasting memories for our owners at our resort properties. 

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the common ground areas, and related facility equipment!  Working supervisor that actively contributes to the success of external Preventative Maintenance programs Trimming schrubs and maintaining the landscaped areas.

Wage range $16.00-$19.00/hr

Requirements

• Keeping all common plant and rock beds free of weeds and debris.
• Trimming of shrubs and pruning of trees as needed.
• Checking the irrigation system to make sure it is working properly, adjusting watering times as needed.  
• Monitoring salt usage in water softeners in the pump houses. 
• Communicate with the HOA (Home Owners Association) and grounds maintenance department about issues that need attention.
• Snow removal on sidewalks and drive ways during the winter months.
• Perform maintenance on the exterior buildings as needed. 
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to undergo a background screening for this position.
• Must have grounds maintenance experience which includes the use and care of equipment.
• Custodial work experience including the maintenance of grounds.
•  Supervisory Experience Requirement:
  Two (2) years of supervisory experience which included:
  (1) planning and directing the work of others; (2) assigning and reviewing their work; (3) training and developing new employees; (4) keeping records of work activities; and (5) insuring that safety practices are adhered to.
