About the Role
The Senior Project Manager role within the System Services PMO is responsible for overseeing a complex portfolio of projects as they support Supply Chain and Lab. The key duties include utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning; working alongside executives to identify project needs and solve problems; leading project teams to collect requirements, define scope, and create project schedules; engaging stakeholders, from executives to individual contributors, to ensure project objectives remain on course to deliver value in dynamic environments; managing change, quality, and budget; incorporating change management tools; driving deliverables to completion; delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget; and mentoring other project managers within the PMO. This position requires critical thinking, independent judgment, and delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications
• Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
