The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The Impact you will have in this role:
The IT CSS Business Management Office (BMO) plays a critically important role in overseeing all business management functions for the Clearing and Security Services (CSS) technology business-aligned departments. The IT departments' delivery combines the application development, testing, support, and project delivery functions for Wealth Management Services (WMS), Repository & Derivative Services (RDS), Asset Services, Fixed Income (FICC), Equity Clearing, Settlement, and Institutional Trade Processing (ITP) businesses. This team is integral to ensuring seamless operations and driving efficiency across these critical areas.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the IT CSS Business Management, Chief of Staff (CoS), as a central point of contact for department-level reporting.
- Develop comprehensive communications and presentations for board and key business reviews with senior management.
- Manage the overall cadence of group-level meetings, including agendas and deliverables.
- Enable the IT CSS Delivery organization by balancing short-term business needs with long-term company objectives. This includes highlighting metrics to provide data-driven insights, managing leadership presentations and department materials, and collaborating with leadership to track deliverables.
- Oversee talent management and align supply and demand to business portfolios.
- Monitor operating expenses and forecasts.
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures, identifying key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

- Proven ability to navigate effectively and efficiently within a large matrix organization, with a strong capacity to see the big picture and drive enterprise-first thinking.
- They should be a highly motivated self-starter, capable of juggling multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex technical and financial subjects into easily understood concepts is essential.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Must be a team player who can build consensus and work across a large and diverse global organization.
- They should have the ability to learn quickly, work effectively with minimal direction, and be willing to take the lead when appropriate.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and flexibility around changing priorities are also important attributes for this role.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
