We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Technician Support located onsite in McKinney, TX supporting Airborne Multi-mode Radar (AMR) Test Automation.
The Test Automation Department (TAD) is responsible for the design and development of test equipment hardware and software for a wide range of products and customers. The AMR Test Automation section within TAD is a growing and highly motivated team who consistently provides quality on-time on-cost solutions to support external and internal customers seeking innovative and economical solutions for their product lines. The section also supports change incorporation and obsolescence redesign efforts of various legacy systems in direct support of production capabilities.
The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot, build Test Equipment, circuit boards, cables, and track asset’s calibration across various Airborne Multi-mode Radars (AMR) programs. The candidate must be a self-starter and willing to take ownership of assignments. The candidate must also be able to prioritize actions and effectively communicate when assistance is required.
What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot RF test equipment
- Build Test Equipment, circuit boards, and cables
- Track asset’s calibration across various Airborne Multi-mode Radars (AMR) programs
- Prioritize actions and effectively communicate when assistance is required
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience building test consoles, test adapters, and/or test cables
- Experience developing test procedures
- Experience troubleshooting RF equipment, circuit boards, cables, etc
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft products and proficient computer skills
