Job Purpose:
The marketing associate, ecommerce will support the day-to-day online operations responsibility for parts and whole good sales, maintaining accurate parts and whole good information, site marketing and maintenance and advertising/ promotions.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Manage and ensure accurate and up-to-date content on bossplow.com and ShopTTC.
Support product launches by producing content for digital and printed mediums including bossplow.com, ShopBOSS, ShopTTC, brochures, sell sheets, social media, and other mediums.
Support development of BOSS’ content strategy to support ecommerce sales with marketing content team.
Support consumer eblasts including the BOSS Owner’s Group Newsletter, lead generation and product announcements.
Develops and maintains knowledge of trends, innovations, and opportunities to improve and/or adjust marketing plans.
Supports the development and execution of marketing plans.
Monitor and report on company SEO and web analytics.
Ability to work with sensitive, proprietary, and confidential information and events.
May be required to drive/accompany company equipment to trade shows, open houses, etc.
May be required to work offsite.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Associates degree in related field or equivalent, preferred
SAP experience preferred but not required
Entrepreneurial, passionate about the consumer experience and customer service and savvy about managing business goals
Willingness to learn eCommerce best practices and analyzing consumer trends and online marketing tactics. (SEO, SEM, Email, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills & ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead our external vendors.
Self-motivated and resourceful with a creative mindset to develop attractive promotional ideas plus the ability to execute them
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent presentation skills.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

JOB DIMENSIONS:
15-20% travel required, U.S.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Lifting, moving and transport of equipment cases and BOSS product required.
Must be able to work in cold weather environments.
Must work closely with the marketing content, customer care, tech service and engineering team to insure alignment of strategies.
Must work collaboratively with shared BOSS and Toro IS resources.
Manage varying e-commerce websites.
Support coordination with external technology partners.
E-Commerce strategies will have a heavy emphasis on growing our important parts and aftermarket product lines and accessories.
